I truly enjoy the downtown view from 8Up's rooftop. The frequently-changing menu offers delectable flavors throughout the seasons.

Good spot if you’re eating alone or with a group.- One down side, however, is that if you expect to see fireworks (Thunder, Jul. 4th, etc.) at the downtown waterfront from here, you will *not* have an unobstructed view.
