Ben Laski6月 4, 2011Take Trent's classes to go all out and get in shape. Dan's classes are amazing and will strengthen your core. Kelly and Amber's spin classes are great.
The trainers are more than gym jocks- they're friends and family pushing you every second to take that extra step, in and out of the gym.
The Kangoo class may look silly, but it's a great workout! Easy on the joints.
Try Ali for power yoga on Tuesday, solid workout with good tunes.
