If you show up at 15 Romolo between 5:30 and 6:30 New Year's Eve, I'll buy you one of their excellent Sazeracs, they have a good menu also.

The veggie burgers here are insanely good, even if you're a carnivore. (Oh yeah and they make good cocktails.)

Go during the daytime on weekends. They have excellent punch for only $4.
