Love this gym! I've been here for over 3 years, and with friendly staff, excellent zumba classes and a good price, I'll continue to go here.

The 11 am Saturdsy aerobigs class is great; and for a good circuit weight workout try Charlie Biggs Tuesday night.
Michael runs an advanced intense cardiovascular spin at 5:30pm on Friday's. Depending on how hard you work you will burn anywhere from 500 - 1,000 calories. Quickest 45 minutes of your life.
Best tip if you're looking to do cardio or lift. Get in before heavy traffic times! Usually around 6 is when the place gets packed!
Very big place but it's a maze inside. Treadmills are old and need upgrading. Weight and HIIT classes are pretty good.
From a usability perspective this place isn't optimal. The layout is very confusing and the equipment is quite dated. Equipment is quite worn down. On the flip side, they don't charge a lot.

The smaller weight room on the top level is a great hide-away spot to lift undisturbed.

If you're looking to get into great shape for swim suit season... You should definitely get with one of the personal trainers here. I train with Joe Patton & he seriously kicks my as*.
Tae Bo Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays is the way to go...and spin xpress tuesday and Thursday is a high impact cardio in only a half hour!!!
- Express Abs class every Saturday at noon with Sean is great. Impactful but never energy-draining.
Tae Bo class is the best workout in the neighborhood...Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings!

Daria rocks out butt and abs classes 6:30 - 7:30 Monday and Wednesday!
