Kavitha Balakumar: Lao chicken peanut wrap quickly fell apart so I ate it more like a salad, but it was DELICIOUS. Lean meat and super fresh greens inside! Skip the garlic aioli - was a bit sour. Really good coffee.
Kavitha Balakumar: Steak was delicious dipped into Pra Hoc (fish sauce w. lemongrass + roasted peanuts). Also had pork fried rice (good once I added chili/soy sauce) and shells in tamarind sauce which was excellent.
Kavitha Balakumar: Ordered the 1 chive cake & rice noodles & egg (5000 Riel) and it was a delight. Comes with 2 sweet sauces. Washed down the admittedly greasy chive cake with an Angkor and I was thoroughly satisfied.
Kavitha Balakumar: Service and ambiance are excellent. Good, traditional Khmer food in an extremely touristy part of town. It's expensive, but not more so than anything else in the area, and is much better quality.
Kavitha Balakumar: Food is just okay (had the mushroom potstickers and bbq duck rolls). I thought the rose martini was overrated, but really enjoyed the Jean Queen's Year of the "Cock"tail (I think that's the name).
