An unpretentious Brussels classic with a great beer menu, reasonable prices & friendly staff. Quiet by day, very busy by night, but always welcoming & cosy.
No reservation policy but 100% completely worth the wait whilst enjoying one of the fantastic hand selected beers. The food is traditional, fantastic, good value and large portion sizes! Great place!
one of the most beautiful parks in Brussels, but unfortunately no resto/brasserie/snack bar, only ice cream/gofre/soft drinks van on weekends, or Brasserie des Etangs Mellaerts at the edge of the park

Cozy gastropub with friendly service. Menu is relatively small with couple of options to choose from fish/meat/burgers/pasta but quality was good enough. Usually crowed so make a reservation.

A perfect, authentic Greek restaurant! Both meat and fish dishes are awesome, and the "mezedes", Greek tapas, are worth a try! The staff is always friendly and with a big smile! Highly recommended!

Great arty venue in an abandoned train station. There's plenty of concerts, exhibitions, projects... The concerts outside in summertime are very cool, not be missed! The place has a NY feel to it.

Very good pizza for sure. But don't go there during peak hours (Friday evening in my case) because they are understaffed and their oven is too small. That might explain some of the service complaints
A tat expensive, but boy that food is good. Beef stew (carbonade) was truly delicious. Loved the raw mussels (moules parquées)!

Rich 1930's art deco villa, lots of marble, gold and fancy ironwork. Home to the Boghossian Foundation which supports artist from the Orient and hosts ongoing art exhibitions. Very Impressive!

Not only are the sandwiches very good, but more importantly you will meet the most welcoming and cheerful host inside. He is a cheese expert who makes each sandwich with a smile.
Fish soup, crab cake, tuna steak (none of which I can pronounce in French but didn't matter because our waiter spoke at LEAST 5 languages) + wine...probably my favorite meal in Europe so far.

This beautiful art deco bar has been around since the interbellum. There's a grand piano, jazz concerts and fabulous (but expensive) cocktails. Go there after 2am and watch the crowd go mad!
One of the best bar in Bruxelles. Wide selection of beers and serves excellent local food. The bit at the back is an extension but the front is authentic.

Worth the queue: delicious poached eggs (bacon, hollandaise sauce, waffle - Peck Special) and the kale, coco, vanilla smoothie: sounds awful, tastes great :) one of my favourite brunch spots in BXL!
Spectacular venue housed in an old botanical garden, especially the Rotonde (under the cupula) is a gem. The program is adventurous. Prices are good. Visit its yearly festival Les Nuits Botanique!

Excellent ice-cream, true pistachio (from Iran) flavour not that artificial almond-like taste. Tarte tatin, hot with Madagascar vanilla ice-cream is another faultless option.
Gusto is a small Italian restaurant. The service is friendly and quite good. The Linguini with lemon and sage sauce and smoked salmon is intense in flavour. Probably the music volume could be lower.
Friendly and experimental Belgium Brewers. Great unique beers (and a lovely colorful hip tasting room to drink them in.)
