Nice decor and has been in business for a long time. Pretty good tacos on Taco Tuesday. Have to say, the fried calamari starters were awesome! Nice and tender.
Good chicken and ribs. BBQ sauce has a great flavor. Not sure how you can be a BBQ joint and not have brisket. Wouldn’t last in Texas without having it. Otherwise, decent BBQ.
Great sushi place. Nice decor and lots of outside seating. Very good sashimi and sushi. The Sweet Chili Shrimp appetizer is awesome!
Good spot for Poke. Fresh ingredients make for a healthy meal. Salmon and ahi good as usual. Ponzu sauce nice light dressing. Although can’t go wrong with eel sauce either.
Great burritos. Similar concept to Chipotle but with a few different ingredient options. Definitely a college hangout. Pretty busy place, but the line moves quickly.
Very good steakhouse with great ambiance. Styled in upscale western design similar to Del Friscos or III Forks. Excellent wait staff and mgmt who go out of their way to take care of you.
Very good BBQ. The pulled pork is excellent. Didn’t have chance to try brisket or ribs. But the Dirty Fries are awesome and filling. Good sized portions so make sure your hungry!
Main train station in Florence and centrally located. Easy walk to most of the town center. Pretty straight forward. Make sure to get your tickets validated unless you have pre purchased tix in hand.
Nice ferry that crosses the Danube and ride your bikes on the other side of the river.

Very good Chinese Bakery across from Pike’s Market. Try their Moon Cakes. First time for me and they were tasty with an interesting texture. Inside paste similar to a Pecan pie or fruit cake base.
Great hotel in a central location downtown. 5 blocks from Pike’s Market and walking distance to Safeco, Pioneer Square and Chinatown. Recently renovated and reasonably priced, especially for location.
Besides the Bakery they have small dining area for sandwiches, breakfast, etc.. Pretty much short order and cooked or prepped in front of you. Sandwiches and bagels look amazing.
Very good for a quick healthy lunch.Fresh Poke is very good here with a nice varied selection.Pick and choose own toppings. Medium bowl you get 2 choices of fish.Limited seating, but you can take out.
Good authentic Chinese food. Beef Chow Fun and pot stickers hit the spot. Quick service and friendly staff.
Good sized park that has a petting zoo, athletic park, restaurants and a bathhouse I believe. You can take the public transport boats to and from either side of the City. Buda or Pest. Nice park.
Great experience. Definitely pay for the private cabins to change in. You can leave all your belongings in them. You have a wrist band that electronically opens the door so no one else can get in.
Fun bar/restaurant. Several pizza options. Good bar to watch The World Cup it sports. Good selection of beer. At 11pm they have girls in bikinis dancing on the bar if that’s your thing :)
Good breakfast in Gozsdu Udvar. Omelettes are decent. Hot Chocolate is good. They give you steamed cup of milk with a large chunk of dark chocolate to melt to your desired flavor.
Beautiful church. I believe oldest or largest in Budapest. Only donations asked for to enter ($200 forint) You can also go to the top of the dome for views of the city for a small fee.
Somber museum recalling the horrors under the Nazi & Soviet regimes.The building was used for interrogations, torture and murder.Several floors have exhibits recalling both eras. Use the audio tour!
Madhouse airport depending on time of day. Give yourself a minimum of 2.5 hours for check-in. Lines can be outrageous early in the day, but they do move quickly.
Very nice modern airport.Lots of layers of security, especially for those leaving or entering the EU.Be prepared to wait to get through the secondary passport checkpoint when moving between terminals.
