If you come in with a reasonable price for the car u want they will accept it. You can get the best info, including true value of your car from consumer reports and Edmonds.com
For the amount of money this establishment makes they really should offer courtesy cars for customers getting their cars serviced here. Especially if they are paying an arm & leg for repairs.
