This is the most inefficient rental location I have ever encountered. For some reason every transaction is averaging 30 minutes; they do not cater to Gold members. All around waste of time.

Pickup time was 10:00, we arrived at about 10:30... 11:00 and were still waiting.. What's really going on? Nowhere else but here! Goodness! I smell a free upgrade!

I had an insurance rental and the concierge for my company had done much to Set this up. When I arrived no offers we ok for me and they charged me a deposit for what should have been taken care of

I wish the rental car companies would put a satellite booster in the garages so the GPS would work prior to departure from the garage. Seems pretty common sense to me.

New ATL center is hard to get to, but here's a tip: get on Camp Creek Pkwy as you used to, take first R after the BP gas station, take left on side rd just b4 garage, enter via employee entrance.

These ppl are absolute crooks. Watch for them sticking $200 for "car cleaning" . Claimed I had dog in car when I didn't. Never had anyone but Hertz ever pull this scam on me. Caveat Emptor :-(
