We simmer lamb meat and bones to make a rich broth, which we use in our lamb soup items. this is the basic lamb meat soup, with the lamb meat being boiled and sliced, along with rice noodles and cilantro.

"what is a lamb treasure?" that is one of the most frequently asked questions. our general response is: "it is mr. lamb's treasures, " or, "mr. lamb only has two of these treasures." if you cannot figure out what it is by now, you probably should stick with the lamb meat soup. however, if you are quiet the offalmeister, this soup is flavorful and full of nutrients.

This is our newest addition to the noodles! the chicken is spicy and flavorful, and the flavoring is similar to the spicy & tingly beef noodles, but being that it is chicken, gives it a different taste. $5.50 to $6.00

Pork "Zha Jiang" Hand-Ripped Noodles

"zha jiang mian" is the actual name of this noodle dish. "zha jiang" refers to the pork with soy sauce that is used in these noodles. the sauce is savory with a bit of sweetness to it. it is served in many northern parts of china, as well as in korea (though there are definitely variations in taste) . $5.50 to $6.00

Liang Pi Cold Skin Noodles

These bouncy and chewy "noodles" are made entirely of plain wheat flour (the cubes are not tofu, but gluten) .typically served with all of our proprietary sauces, this healthy, vegetarian dish is packed with flavor. it is served in a juicy cool mess that will have you wanting more.

A unique cold noodles dish. dressed with the same vegetables, spices, and sauces as the liang pi cold skin noodles, except with a dash of mustard oil for a kick in flavor. a delicious, healthy cold dish! 4.50 to $5.00

Stir-Fried Cold Skin Noodles

These are the same as the liang pi cold skin noodles, except it is not "cold, " but is rather stir-fried for customers that enjoy the fried aromas of the sauces, as well as a hot dish. $5.00 to $6.00
