• I was there today to get a simple wheel alignment. They did it in no time and it was done wrong. I had to return 5 mins later to complain and correct it. The service lady Val was extremely rude.

• Order parts online and use coupon. Then pay and pickup in store. Good pricing and selection. I use my own mechanic for repairs. Their wait is long for service on the weekend.

• The waiting area is hellish. Go next door to Staples where they have at least 75 comfortable office chairs on display and the environment is about 100x calmer and less obnoxious an smelly.
