Can see why they offer the wifi here for free. It's crap!

This wifi violates the Geneva convention
Rauno Rüngas
WiFi is absolutely garbage and not worth wasting time with. Stick with your smart phone and save yourself some QQ

We bid on priceline.com for room hoping to get this hotel. We were happy with the quality and location.
Tamora Ellis
Free WiFi.

Super Quick service on checking in and we had the Alcatraz view from our room on the fifth floor .. Niceeee!!.. The neighborhood is great..lots of shopping area and variety of food spotting nearby

WI-FI connection is terrible, no frigobar in the room, parking very expensive for guests (40 dollars a Day). Price isn't worth the services offered...
Marco Biato
Great view from room 402, got great rate from travelocity secret hotel

Wifi is free for registered guests but it is so slow that it's barely usable. Don't rely on it for anything but email and occasional web browsing.
Rodrigo Campos
Two buildings. Registration in non-Denny's building. Clean, good beds, great price w/ walking distance to piers.

I haven't had any problems with the WiFi, but then again I'm only using it on my phone. Decent place. No fridge or microwave - what is this, Africa?
Cody Mullins
Worst WiFi I've had in a long time. I had better connections when I had a dial up modem.
Christopher
leave it out. overpriced oldfashioned rooms and cheesy breakfast for 25$

If all hotels in SFis overbooked, this is usually available.

Parking is 45/day here, better off parking in a public lot for 10-20 then on the st at night for free!
Jillian Cole Macready
Free WiFi and generous with freebie samples (soaps, lotions, razors, etc).Clean and short walk to Fisherman's Wharf.
Harry Souders
Worst internet ever. Better go to tmobile and buy a 4g sim. Share your mobile phone internet and use it in your notebook.
Ricardo Gabriel
Great location, nicely modernized facilities and friendly help. Perfect spot to access all of San Francisco by foot and transit. Wifi seemed fine to me (despite other rantings on here).
Daniel Wolter
very close to the wharf, convenient place to stay
Edwin Effendi
Hard beds and loud rooms. Especially if you have a street view room. Great location. Don't pay to park here though there is a public lot behind the hotel for $15 less per night.

You COULD use the wireless here. Or you could go find a few goats, harness them up to a merry-go-round, & have them power a router of your own. Either way, it would be faster & more reliable than AT&T

If you are gonna use the cable car for 2+ days, buy a 3 or 7 day pass at the gift shop (comission free) the single ride costs $6 (so $12 round trip) and 7 day pass costs $28 & it includes buses too
Eric Salinas
Had a really good stay here. Helpful staff and nice rooms. For an impressive view, head to the left hand stairwell on the 26th floor! Not recommended for those that don't like heights though...

The location is great, it's next to California St. The staff are friendly and polite.

If your outside around midnight be prepared to see pimps and prostitutes fighting.

Overall experience wasn't bad. The only bad thing was the $38/day for hotel parking. :(
Lisa Spees
Great location
