• Make sure you check the shuttle schedule - they say you don't have to be down at any certain time because it runs all the time. Not quite true - it has a scheduled time and it runs about every 20 mins

• Rooms were nice always clean. Staff is great. Next time might pay a little more for a Hotel closer to the things we did. Feet absolutely ache from walking.

• The staff here are some of the friendliest I've encountered in a hotel. Nice indoor pool and free wifi make up for it being a 20-min shuttle ride from O'Hare. Decent breakfast in the morning, too.
