• Make sure to give a serious amount of extra time to come down the elevators in the morning - just took 20 min from 10th floor! Best bet...get on elevator going up, then take it down.

• The hotel is all non-smoking now, but my room reeked of smoke. Guest Services was apologetic, but didn't have another room available. If you are sensitive to smoke, beware.

• Not a place to stay if you are business in Miami. Front desk doesn't call you when room is ready for check in, despite promises to do so. Breakfast starts to late if you have to get to work.
