The Avis facility is off-site. You catch a shuttle from the airport to pick up your car. Other than that, pickup and return is easy enough.

Unsatifactory service. Reserved full size car weeks in advance. None were available when I arrived at the Preferred Avis counter. A mid size car was offered. Terrible.

Buses don't always stop at bus stop. Silly me for waiting there. It is best to ask attendant where buses will pick you up. Very friendly.
