Stay away between 6 and 7:30. Ridiculously crowded. But after 8 and it's pretty nice! Come after midnight or 1 and it's almost your private gym!

20 step-ups (each leg), 30 squats, 15 jump squats, 25 walking lunges (10 each leg) !! Rest and repeat 3-5x to really tone those #legs.
