Ran out of eclairs so had the kouign amann which was good. The hot almond milk is hot milk with almond extract- not what I was expecting. Min €15 for credit card. Can’t see the Eiffel tour from cafe

I believe you have never been in Paris if you didn’t visit Carette. Breakfast is very good. Normally you will have to wait in the line to be served.

Truly lovely cafe with a great atmosphere. The French love it too which speaks volumes. Try the Darjeeling loose tea and the Almond croissants.

It is touristy, lots of Chinese people, the croissants were probably not fresh. Better choose other bakery in the area if fresh croissant is what you are looking for.
