Alexis van Dam9月 14, 2014Must visit when in Antwerp. Be sure to check out the tigers, apes, butterflies. The zoo is beautifully situated in the heart of Antwerp. The historic zoo has nice Art Deco buildings.
4sq SUs Belgium11月 12, 2016Opened in 1843, Belgium's oldest zoo is also one of the oldest zoos in the world. Worth a visit, not only because of the animals, but because of its beautiful monumental buildings too.

Best zoo in Belgium! The entrance and restaurant have been recently renovated. Take a look at the big aquarium: in the morning you can see the sun come up here.
