"Much better hotels than this in Inverness. Lift is ancient and only one serves whole hotel. Spent most of time lugging pram up 5 flights. Rooms tired and bathroom dated. More of a 3 * tbh"

"Lift has been broken for 3 days now. Staff just shrug when you ask. Avoid eating in the bar area unless you plan on a very long wait for the staff to drag themselves away from the TV to serve you"
