I've tried both steamboats- this and the one across the road. I think this one is better (who cares who is original). They use lots of dried fish in the stock, gives the soup a nice smokey flavour.プラス投票1マイナス投票

Ivy Lai12月 8, 2014The soup of the steamboat is very nice, but the fish is over cooked and the meat is very "dry". The add on yam is crispy enuf and melted whn dip in. Do not try the salted egg pork rib, way too sweet!

Ursula S7月 15, 2016We tried their pomfret steamboat, black pepper crab & spinach with 3 egg. Everything tasted bland. Fish was dry & overcooked. Spent $122 for 3 pax. Never returning. Crab meat was fresh. But that's it.
