ホテルの部屋に無料で持ち出せる携帯電話があります。紛失したり壊したりしない限り、無料で使えるので便利。韓国は進んでるなあ。

エグゼクティブフロアを取ると専用ラウンジで実質３食済ませられるので観光に飽きた方にはお勧めです(^_^)

Great location 5 mins walk to both green and blue subway lines and Myeongdong shopping district. If u buy kimchi at Lotte supermarket next door, they will pack nicely and deliver to the concierge FOC.

규모는 작지만 서울에서 가장 우아한 호텔이 아닐까 합니다. 특히 1층 양식당인 nineth gate에서 보이는 원구단은 참 아름다워요. 음식도 시설도 직원도 최고입니다.

Great hotel in the center of Seoul. Top rate Room, amenities and staff as you would expect from a Westin. The Executive Lounge on the 20th floor serves a fantastic breakfast.

지겨울만도 하지만 그래도 여전히 늘 만족스러운 곳. 일식 중식 뷔페 프렌치 이태리 레스토랑 모두 만족스러움. 가족들과 모임하기 즐거운 곳.

Looking for a luxurious stay in the center, this is the place. Always tip top, first class service in the shopping district. You will be pampered. 200 yards away from Nanta Theatre

Had the ‘usual’ buffet dinner which was not common at all. Top quality and delicious xcellent choice of fresh dishes; especially fish choice was outstanding. Tried jellyfish and monk fish liver. WOW!

Couldn’t believe this hotel’s history 100years+ Great location which easy access to Myeongdong and Gwanghwamoon. Once you touch the room key in the elevator, automatically your floor is recognized.

Central location in downtown Seoul. Walking distance to many attractions. I was able to drop off my luggage a few days prior to checking in while I took a quick trip to Jeju-do.

Nice hotel,great location,overpriced. Not allowed to use the spa and sauna facilities if you have tattoo. A 5 star, international hotel in the heart of a world class city. I found this very upsetting.

Use their clothes at the health club and save yours for another place and time. Great shower and bath area, especially if you like Japanese/Asian style baths.

Our arriving in Incheon, go to arrival exit by #5 counter and you can check in and get your hotel keys before leaving the airport. The KAL bus stop at the Westin!

The oldest hotel in Korea. Good location right in the middle of Seoul downtown. Parking lot is a bit tight.

Unless you’re in for a lavish buffet, there are at least 4 Starbucks, 1 Dunkin Donuts and 1 McDonald’s in less than 150m distance.

이 호텔 앞에서 공룡알 같기도 하고 운석같은 맨들맨들 동그란 예쁜 돌을 주울 수 있다능! 어떤 어린애가 호텔에 있던거 들고 나왔다가 버린 걸 수도 있지만ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Customer service is excellent. However the cleanliness of the rooms for such a nice hotel was not up to par. Our 1st room had hairs all over the bathroom and the bed. Wouldn't expect this here
