Very good albeit a bit pricey food. I miss the shack. The hot dogs and cheeseburgers tasted better from the shack back in the 90's. Great shakes.

They have small (real small) personal pies for $3, not bad for a quick bite.
Bourbon pecan pie was delicious and came out warm, but prepare yourself for its small size.
Old school diner. If you are *ahem* on the large side don't sit @ the booths on the right, very little room. Cash only.

The pollo albrasa is great try it with rice and beans and a side of the green dipping sauce for your chicken! Great prices too yummy
The seafood mac & cheese is outstanding and they have a better than average bottle beer selection - I'd reccomend the Stone IPA, Magic Hat or Newcastle.
Try the vegetarian curry chips, which aren't on the menu. The sausage sandwich is great if they're serving it - add some bleu cheese dressing
Kudos to them for bringing in more craft beer like Sea Hag IPA & Widmer's Drifter Pale Ale

They have happy hour 4-7pm, $3 drafts (Harpoon, Long Hammer). Try a "The Bartender Hates Me"
Lunch specials 11am-4pm: Sandwich, soup, fries $6.45-$7.95. Good deal - lots of food.
