BB Buzzell11月 13, 2011The service and staff are wonderful. The building is a re-modeled older hotel. They have done as well as can be expected. All and all a very nice hotel for a fancy mother-daughter weekend.

Jason H.6月 22, 2019Nice hotel w/very comfortable beds + quiet rooms. That said, for a Ritz it’s pretty basic -small bathrooms with no tub for one thing. Might be better off in Buckhead than downtown if you have a choice

Shannon5月 22, 2013Great property and service is superb!! This Ritz was open of the first to open... circa 1984. Spa's weren't very common back then; hence one wasn't built here.
Be sure to make a reservation for a spa treatment! Staying in one of their new spa suites would make for a refreshing stay!

Kaz Shakir5月 23, 2014Had dinner at Atlanta Grill Wednesday night. It was decent, but disappointing for the cost. $350 for 3 people, our steaks were overdone, and desert was ok, but not great.
If you're fortunate to check out the concierge lounge, please familiarize yourself w/Manuela. She's the utmost.
