Well... Everything is good! Except the handling of washing machines is chaotic. Nice place, offers much, nice islands to walk on.
Been to 3 hotels in Genoa in the same category and this is the best so far. They're renovating at the moment so sleeping long is not an option (look at the date of writing!) but all the rest is ok.
Very good food and friendly staff! Nice playground, especially in summer times. They also have an indoor playground. And beer garden!
