"Very rude front desk. They answer the phone even if you are in line waiting! they don't care who is first in line. You have to "fight" and get in front of other (rude) people to check in! Unbelievable"

· オランダ王国アムステルダム"Don't trust the hours posted there. Although it states it's open until 11PM, they don't serve you and send you to the lobby bar (where they only offer main courses!!). Bad."
