"Breakfast is generous and served quickly but tastes like its old buffet food. Don't understand why the waiters can't take your order especially when all they are doing is pacing up and down."

"They buy salads pre-washed and they wash too so finding animals in there is normal. Apologising to customers for this and explaining where their plate is gone and what is happening however isn't"
