Morning Baristas Liz and Barbara are uber friendly, and Josh is the best in the country.
Clown Face3
Great service. Once burnt my hand putting sugar in my hot tea and the barista gave me a card for a free coffee.
Megan Szymanski
Lots of personal side convos here=annoyingly sub-par wait
Pamela C
Most inefficient store ever. Rude staff. Long lines. Inexperienced baristas. Incorrect orders.
Lucynda Slattery
I don't know if it's just a bad day but the place is dirty. Trash all over the floor. The bathroom is gross.
Erin O'Connor
The team here has some serious need for customer service training...yes, lots of tourists, but tapping on glass to get a customer's attention is unacceptable.
Jennifer C
Express line is NOT express! Slowest service of any Starbucks!
Nikki Alconada
Try the coffee. I hear they have it.
Mayor Tim Johnson
You can always expect a line here, at this touristy Starbucks location.
Sir Speedy
Go to Dunkin Donuts!!
Gary J. Lewis
Service is 'iffy' sometimes
Yvonne Wong
The tea is scaldingly hot. Not old lady suing McDonalds hot but pretty damn hot.
Bryan Jordan
This is only a licensed Starbucks, not a real one. The baristas are hotel employees. They do not participate in promotions, you can't pay with the Starbucks app, prices differ — don't expect much.
Patrick R.
Southie has officially been gentrified.
Jace Cole
The service at this Starbucks is unbelievable. In a good way
Valerie Ernst
The people behind the counter aren't friendly. But the upside is that they have a counter by the window where you can charge your phone.
Cameron Ryan
If you're departing out of gates 1-12, don't bother!
Rich R
The Baristas here really work hard, take care of them. The best coffee and friendliest service this side of the Chelsea River.
Jay Glover
Best baristas
Priscilla Vecchio
During peak hours, don't bother with the drive-thru just go inside---you'll save time.
Dominique Whittaker
This is only a licensed Starbucks, not a real one. The baristas are hotel employees. They do not participate in promotions, you can't pay with the Starbucks app — lower your expectations.

Accepts mobile cards now
Renee Blackburn
You can scan mobile cards now.
Sheila
Yes, they accept mobile payments, but as of this writing, they don't have a scanner, so staff must manually key in your card.
Derek Peplau
Longest line I've ever seen at a starbucks. Make sure you really want your coffee
Alli Polin
6AM and huge line but what else can you do in airport
Arye Berk
Capuccino, yummy!
Mathieu Hannouz
Where else at 5:30 am do u have to wait in line for 20 minutes?
Eric Glazer
It's rolling slow this morning. Think the order will be wrong. Stay calm.
