• Everything they serve was originally frozen. How can you tell? Stab your meal with a fork. If it fights back like rubber, it's frozen. Unless you just want biscuits, avoid. Freshness doesn't exist.

• They used to add 15% grat after 4pm. I was shocked to go in for lunch and 18% grat was added to the check and the server put an x next to additional tip. Gratuity is optional based on service level.

• Always crowded. The food is so-so, except the corn which is sooo good. I don't like the automatic gratuity but I overtipped anyway b/c my server was awesome.
