• Neighbors are sketchy. People don't clean up after their pets. Theft and overall security are big problems. We no longer feel comfortable here.

• Staff comes into your place once a month for random check ups. Initially planned on staying a few years, but being a fan of privacy, that's not likely. Maintenance often parks in handicapped spots.

• Great location, very close to Lindbergh Center MARTA and a shopping center. Poor communication during a water outage, office was rude to my wife.

• Office seems 50/50. Had some good experiences, but I called to ask about a water issue today, lady "yes ma'am-ed" me & didn't care to explain the issue. Felt like I was paying 20 questions with her.
