Even if there is another associate that can help you, they won't. I just needed to pick up a print job that was already done and had to wait ten minutes. PS they are not pet friendly.

$20 to mail a small box in the US is unreal. Make sure to ask first for an estimate and pack yourself. They really did a poor job on packing it.
