The staff is very courteous and never tries to push for any additional upgrades or insurance. After leaving the counter you get to pick out your own vehicle, sign and leave I will only use enterprise!

Get the damage waiver for the first three to five days to save you any headaches with possible damage to the rental. If it gets as expensive as your deductible then cxl the damage waiver to save $$$
