• They need to work on customer service & acknowledgement. I stood In front of the counter 5-10 min before being asked for help. All the workers were just looking at me & one guy walked in front of me.

• It took 15 minutes for our server to say hi and offer drinks, then another 5 minutes to get water. I came on a Monday night and it was dead. This place doesn't know what customer service is. SUCKS!!!!
