The shuttle takes forever and blows, but a sneaky trip is to get on the Avis shuttle and walk right through a hole in the fence from the Avis lot. Takes 10 seconds.

Worst Avis location I've been to, and it's always bad. Worn out cars, terrible service.

All around sucks. Horrible shuttle service long line for check in. And be ready to wait another 30-45min to get out the gate. Don't come here period!
Yeah, you might wait a while if you're here, but customer service is very good. They'll hook you up, especially if you're military. Yahsaiah is a huge help. He rocks.
Shuttle sucks (sloooow) and you have to wait in line for fastbreak. Faster to walk from terminal B& C. D is a push- Great service! Great daycation! Highly recommended!
Take the Avis Shuttle Bus. It will take you to Budget.- Friendly fast service! You cannot beat the prices.
Shuttle bus was great! Stepped out of the terminal and saw one driving away... bummed.. but another on came within minutes.
Like most things associated with PHL, this place is a mess. Expect a long wait if you rent a car here.
