• HORRIBLE customer service - avoid it at all costs. If you know what you're looking for, Best Buy has a pretty good selection. Not always the best prices though.

• I hadn’t been to Best Buy in years, but this store is really nice. The displays are clean & new, and the staff were friendly. I spent an hour just walking around. Then bought a pair of $90 headphones.
