• Be prepared to wait a long time, no matter what the situation. Appointment, drop off, pickup, etc. Waited over 40 minutes to drop off this morning, 40 so far this afternoon for a pickup.

• Great vets here... Just make sure to ask what is being done and whether it is necessary or not. Like, Lyme disease isn't an issue here... So you don't need the vaccine.
