I agree with Sam L. Sales reps look bitchy like they didn't want to help. We stood by the register for a few in FRONT of two reps who had a faces like if they just farted. We had to ask for help.

If u leave a cash deposit and wind up canceling it takes 3 weeks to get ur money back. Go elsewhere for furniture.

Mashad was a wonderful help! He took the time to listen to what my wife and I wanted. He offered suggestions but there was not a heavy push or a feeling of being upsold on things we did not need.
