"I wasn't happy with my sandwich today, I took my sandwich to go and got back to my desk only to find that the cheese wasn't melted. At $9 for my sandwich I would expect the cheese to be melted"

"This is my go-to neighborhood spot. Amazing food and drinks and upbeat atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Braised beef and shrimp tacos are excellent choices. Good margaritas too!"
