An honest list of pubs worth visiting in Bath. Subject to change as my tastes change seasonally, and as I age (dis)gracefully.

"Stylish, quiet, very central, great staff and lovely decor in rooms. Go for the Vicarage Suite if you can - twin roll top baths!"

· イギリスバース"One of the best midwife-led birthing units in the UK, you could not wish for a better environment to have your child outside of your own home."

· Frome, イギリス"Great garden (with a boules piste), great selection of beers and ciders, and a great menu. Sister pub of The Salamander, but slightly better in all respects (except it's not central)."
