"Since remodel, disappointed. Would expect Four Seasons with higher standards. Questionable and inattentive, poorly dressed staff. Food prep not great for $. Loud lounge/club feel at bar:lobby."

"Since they remodeled bar and restaurant it is now the noisiest lobby without an event being held at any "luxury" hotel I've been to. Trying too hard to be trendy. Not relaxing. Okay rooms for $$$$."
