Great sauna, but the gym is disappointing. Better to go running all along unter den linden up to the museums isle.

The service quality really lowered since my last visit here. Awfully rude doormen, don't even bother opening the door, how is this a 5* hotel?! Lazy staff, act as if they are the guests and not us.

very bad service. We stayed here for 3 days, i definitely can say that the hotel isn't worth the money.Never think of staying at such a bad service hotel. The only positive side is location.
