"New staff so they are slow. Ordered a veggie plate & took 10 minutes to get although my food was in the front display. She took more orders instead of fixing my plate. Not very efficient use of time."

"Avoid if possible. One register open and 6am and nobody is in a rush despite the 8 people in line. (Sigh)"

"Not a very good HEB compared to the others. Poor selection and upkeep of the premises. Also, they don't ever have what you need. Save yourself the trouble and go to Kroger or Randall's instead."
