"I always eat the pork and spinach (ほうれん草チャーシュー). And it’s always incredible. I go strong flavor (味濃い目/ahi-koime) and harder noodles (面硬め/men-katame). I like to add some of the red paste, garlic+sesame"

"The deluxe or daisho-yaki are good. But adding your own toppings to the basic is a great idea! Great friendly staff and nice place. I can speak Japanese though - so that helps"
