Things are all quite mechanized and regulated now. I remember sealing a deal with a hand-shake without lots of legal eagles. The "romantic" period is gone now; we must adapt.

"Excellent Food! Their version of "Lechon" is superb. It is pork, so not for everybody, but it's like "chicharron on acid" good! (not that I ever did LSD myself!) - I will be back for sure!"
