Claire Wang9月 20, 2013Love the healthier options-vege ramen and shiitake mushroom (chicken broth) ramen. Vege ramen was paired w wavy spinach noodles; mushroom one with thin straight noodles. Reminds of mom's cooking.

Good ramen spot near Columbia, awesome chasui on Tonkatsu ramen. Need to make wavy noodles the standard and add corn as a topping option!

Serve cold drinks. Get decent music stop with the radio with commercials. Lower the light and add some barrier from the street. Get the ventilation fixed it stinks of frying. Get the spicy ramen! Thin noodles. Serious broth. Spicy ramen is ACTUALLY spicy, and is also delicious.
My new go-to ramen spot! Generous portions of noodles and really tasty broth.
