I graduated in 2005 from Coleman High School. After high school I worked at Midland Fundraising and the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort with the goal of saving money to pay for college. I graduated with a B.S. in United States History/Civil Rights, along with a double concentration in Political Science/International Relations. I am a published poet and short-story writer. Working in grass-root politics in Michigan has allowed me to remain creative and engaged to my work of serving others. I am currently running for House of Representatives in Michigan's 99th District. Once elected, I plan to stand up for public education and work closely with small businesses to create jobs. Adam Lawrence for Mid-Michigan *Vote August 7th and November 6th!
