Love the market especially during Wednesday nights when they have the night market. All the food!

The produce is the cheapest and freshest I've come across so far for Melbourne markets
The peppered kangaroo from The Chicken Pantry (stall 85 in the deli hall) is amazing. Get some of the bull boar sausage while you're there.
Make sure wear runners or comfy shoes. Too much walking. And make sure u look around for cheap stores (different stores different prices same products)

Sit and listen to the Bolivian band and always get the best flowers from the stall next to where they play. Veges are best on the second stall down on left next to organic aisle.
