    The food is delicious, some of the best BBQ in town, BUT...I have gotten sick from the sausage twice. Beware the sausage.

    Arrive at 2pm and you're left with what they've got- which for us meant pulled pork and sausage. Usually my last 2 choices, but both were satisfyingly delicious.

    The brisket is moist and flavorful (no BBQ sauce needed). Get there early in the day before they run out! Slaw is refreshing with lemon, poppy, and kale.

    The meat is literally some of the best I've ever had. The lack of AC while waiting can't even outweigh it. Get your food with a Mexican coke.

    Came over to Micklethwait after giving up on the Franklin's line... I'd say it was just as good as Franklin's, with amazing pickles and coleslaw as a bonus! Definitely don't miss the brisket.

    Absolutely get the brisket! Amazing! Beans were also delicious, sauce was so-so. They were out of the jalapeño cheese grits, but they're supposed to be amazing, as well.

    The brisket melts in your mouth! The lamb sausage is divine, coming from someone who's not a fan of any kind of sausage. Cheese grits were AMAZING. A nice southwest twist. The slaw was also en pointe.

    Brisket and lamb was so tender and melted in your mouth. Side ranking: 1. Grits(just amazing) 2. Potato salad 3. Slaw (lemon pepper and poppyseed) 3. Beans. Tie for last two. Liked them both the least
