    The menu here is very unique, especially compared to the other high end restaurants in the area. Don't miss the chicken skins. The pork chop was huge and came with the best peach & bbq coleslaw ever.

    The leg of duck is probably the most savory dish I've ever had. So much flavor. The pig ears are a great starter. After dinner, head to the bar next door for awesome cocktails. Open until midnight.

    Try the Husk cheeseburger. I was surprised I ordered it (as there are many great unique things on the menu), but our server recommended it. I was glad I did!!!!

    While Husk was really good I definitely didn't think it was top 15 in the country good. The chicken skins and fried pig ear appetizers were definitely both outstanding.

    If you come to Charleston you HAVE to eat here at least once or three times. Start with the Dragoon Punch or a cider wine. Food and service are top notch served in an older beautiful building.

    Best restaurant in Charleston! Had one of the best dishes I've ever had (Sous vide Pork Shoulder + Pork Belly)! Switch the menu 2x daily. Pig's ears are a regular item and are amazing!

    Fabulous. Husk's reputation is well deserved. All the ingredients are farm-to-table. The buttered lettuce wraps with pig ears was delicious. My shrimp and grits was the best I have had.

    Food was fantastic - fried chicken skins were delicious and perfect for anyone who believes skin is the best part of the chicken, but a generous portion means it's a better choice for larger groups.

    There's an off menu vegetable plate that includes two of the sides and many of the firsts can be made vegetarian. Unfortunately, the corn bread is made with bacon.

    Get the pig ears. They're bacon's more complex cousin–with the same smoky flavor and crisp chew–pressure cooked for 90 minutes, sliced into thin strips, smoked for several hours, and then deep fried.

    Try the fried pig ear lettuce wraps. The cheesy grits are good too. Otherwise, this place is totally overrated. Nothing tasted fresh and my quail was poorly seasoned. Not worth all of the hype

    Came here for Dinner at 6pm on a sunday and was told there was a 25 minute wait. After waiting ten minutes and noticing there were only two tables in the dining room that had people at them, we left.

    We were vacationing in Charleston and this restaurant came highly recommended and was unfortunately very disappointing. Fried pig ears were way over sauced and corn bread was so salty it was inedible.

    DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE. husk is fine. Def doesn't live up to expectations. Go to husk bar and have a cocktail and app and go somewhere else for dinner.
