    The Dig Inn on E 52nd has a slightly more premium menu than other locations. Expect higher prices and fancier eats.

    One of my favorite lunch places! So many healthy options for a reasonable price. I'm a huge fan of the braised beef and salmon salad.

    I usually get a small plate with a bed of spinach, chicken or turkey, sweet potatoes, curried cauliflower, and broccoli quinoa salad. In the winter I like the roasted string beans or winter vegetables

    One of the few healthy lunch options around midtown. I describe this place to my coworkers as the Whole Foods salad bar... except you can't serve yourself.

    Roasted beets have a lil spicy kick. Sweet potato has is tasty. Skip the other carbs and get it over lettuce w organic tofu. Filling and healthy.
