    Definitely get the chicken - it's the signature dish at the restaurant. Also, the kale salad for a starter, and the gnocchi are amazing

    very much enjoyed our meal. unfussy but confidently prepared. the sautéed gnocchi stagionale was pretty damn sublime, while the bucatini alla amatriciana also hit the spot. very satisfying.

    Jonathan Waxman is incredible and consistent. I always order the server's recommendation and never disappointed. Try the goat stew if it's in season!

    Anlasilmasi mumkun olmayan bir menu yapmislar kimse yemekleri dogru durust anlatamiyor.. Yemeklerin lezzetine gore fiyatlar cok pahali.. Ayni fiyata bolgede cok daha guzel restoranlar var.

    Wide open windows, trendy atmosphere & great food make this west village spot great for a dinner on a summer weeknight with good company. Gnocchi was 💯 & shrimp was 👍🏻. Really can't go wrong.

    Everyone talks about the chicken but the goat is also amazing. I like Stephanie Izard and her goat but this place has given her some competition.

    Solid spot for a lunch / dinner in the summer. Lots of fresh air / sidewalk seating. Get a half order gnocchi and the roast chicken.

    If you don't get the roast chicken, you're doing it wrong. Huge portion sizes and lively atmosphere. West Village fav.

    The fiddlehead bruschetta is made by angels. Main portions are large, so it's better to share a few plates.

    Awesome new age Italian food at this popular restaurant with huge garage doors. Unfortunately the wait for a table can be very long so we sat outside which was tolerable with the heat coming through

    A classic spot closing later this year...famous for the roasted chicken but you really can't miss. I recently enjoyed a stunning beer and pickled peach salad.

    Really rude staff.Tried to give us a table under direct sunlight.Then made us sit at the bar, although there were spare tables afterwards.Most of the items on the menu wasn't available. Even NO BREAD!

    Jonathan Waxman West Village resto comes by its popularity honestly. If you can't score on Open Table, don't sweat the wait - put your name in + take a stroll in Hudson River Park, only 1 block away
